Former Chairperson and Head Coach of the KwaZulu-Natal Schools Debating AssociationThishin Moodley has facilitated debating and academic enrichment programs in over 45 countries, with a strong focus on Southern and East Africa. His love for debate began in high school and gradually developed into a broader love for the field of education when he became a school and provincial level coach.
He formerly served on the boards of the South African Schools Debating Board, KwaZulu-Natal Schools Debating Board, and the Pietermaritzburg Debating League. He has coached teams at Maritzburg College, St. John's Diocesan School for Girls, Epworth School and Alexandra High School.
His most memorable achievement was convening a regional tournament in Juba, South Sudan. There can be no greater joy than bringing excitement to an unlikely corner of the world.

Tlou Mashitisho is a professional educator and facilitator of debating events for high school learners in Limpopo and South Africa. He serves on various nonprofit boards working towards creating the critical thinkers and collaborators for the 21st century.
Currently he is the President of the South African Schools Debating Board, Vice-Chairman of the South African Council for English Education and founder of the Polokwane branch of the same organisation. He is also the Executive Director and Founder of the Limpopo Schools Debating Association NPC.
His most memorable achievement was convening the 2016 South African National Schools Debating Championship at the Hans Merensky Hotel and Spa in Phalaborwa, Limpopo in partnership with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation.
